摘要: 本文在SVIQR模型的基础上建立一个具有多次疫苗接种和时间延迟的随机传染病模型. 首先, 我们证明模型全局正解的存在唯一性,并且构建合适的函数得到疾病灭绝的充分条件. 其次, 为了能够有效地控制疾病的蔓延,利用最优控制理论制定恰当的控制策略. 最后, 用数值模拟验证本文的研究结果.

Abstract: In this paper, based on the SVIQR model we develop a stochastic epidemic model with multiple vaccinations and time delay. Firstly, we prove the existence and uniqueness of the global positive solution of the model, and construct suitable functions to obtain sufficient conditions for disease extinction. Secondly, in order to effectively control the spread of the disease, appropriate control strategies are formulated by using optimal control theory. Finally, the results are verified by numerical simulation.
